Create a Children's Picture Book

Directions:

Use one of the following sites to create a children's picture book .

1. Blurb.com
2. Shutterfly.com

Basic steps of this project:

1. Choose an area of expertise - something you know a lot about that you can teach younger children.
2. Write an outline for the topic of your book.
3. Each section of the outline can be a 'page' or section of the book.
4. Conduct on-line research as needed to gather 'content' for your site.
5. Write the text, keeping in mind the age of your 'audience.'
6. Take photos or draw pictures as needed to create visual content for your book.
7. Publish your book (may involve cost)
